I'm getting ready hopefully to move out in one of they mobile homes that they have available I have a good conversation with the lady in the office she seems really helpful and understanding about me and my husband current situation she is also aware of our background well mine is 6 years old my husbands on the other hand not so old but it wasn't his fault but what I need to know is are the owners lenient on people with a background.
Very unprofessional ! No problem with rats out here. I guess all the stray cats running around chased them away or ate them all. They don't take long fixing anything. I guess having water in your vents for a whole isn't too bad.
