I have been going to Deluge for over a year and it's always a pleasant, relaxing and inviting experience. Fiona is very knowledgeable and kind. We are so lucky to have this service in our community.
I've been using their far infrared sauna to help with detoxification. Deluge is reasonably priced and is extremely convenient with the range of times available. Fiona is also extremely knowledgable and provides insight and helpful information for improving one's health and wellness.
Whatever health issue led yourself to sauna and/or functional medicine, you will learn something here. Just go see for yourself! The sauna is not expensive. Fiona is knowledgable and genuinely wants you to be healthy and happy. I came to the sauna lamenting incurable athletes foot. Fiona convinced me that I needed a gut health overhaul.
