This is THE WORST GOD AWFUL COMPANY!!! Michelle knows NOOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE not do they care about ELDERLY clients **IN MY OPIONION**- This NEW MEXICO based company cannot send any technicians to help their local clients because they are too busy with their TEXAS clients. Your company suck. My mom has been calling for a week trying to get you guys to come and fix her heater she is a 73 year old lady with health issues and still has not gotten a call back from anyone except once to say they would have someone call or come by on Tuesday but yet no one has even called or come by. Leaving her freezing for the past week. Thanks for nothing.
They refuse to answer the phone and refuse to call back. Im stuck waiting over a week needing my AC fix and my dumb warranty company won’t let me change my contractor. They also canceled my appointment that I’ve been waiting a whole week for.
