I was very happy with the people there they were very friendly, very helpful. They were very gentle with my cat and very polite with me.
Staff at this clinic are very friendly and very thorough. They asked alot of questions and background history to find out what is causing the issues with my dog. I appreciate all the professionalism from the vet and staff.
Very unorganized….. called for my dogs food was on hold for 20 minutes drove all the way from downtown on hold still walked into the veterinarian clinic still on hold 2 lady’s standing and talking out front…. Mind you I’m still on hold…… then takes then a few minutes to understand why I’m there after telling them I need my dogs food….
Dr. Kachur was very thorough with our Canary OJ, and gave him lots of time to de-stress between his checkup and giving meds. The staff was busy but cheerful, and willing to help/answer questions. I recommend this clinic for any of your bird flock!
Have been taking our large dog there for juat over a year now and everyone there is great. Dr. Sarah is always so patient with our anxious giant.
