Bob doesn't great job. Hes always busy because people at respect him.
Keep looking! It may be worth going to Madison and more customer service minded locations that way. The owner was not friendly at all when I called to seek repairs. He dismissed me and didn't like that Geico was going to pay for the repair. I explained that this same vehicle was damaged in TX and went to a body shop 4 years ago after a baseball size hail storm and Geico paid it with no issues. I’m an out of towner that got hit by a semi’s blown tire on the way to the Dell’s. Bob got my van stitched up within a couple of hours so I could safely return home. Thank you Bob!!
