I came in to get a wheel baring replaced an even brought in my own part to safe on the cost of labor an parts. It was supposed to take 3 hrs for only one. It took six instead because the tec doing the job thought it was okay to mess eith the other one an take it apart an swap the wheel bearings now im right back to having the same issue i went in for! Keep looking! It may be worth going to Madison and more customer service minded locations that way. The owner was not friendly at all when I called to seek repairs. He dismissed me and didn't like that Geico was going to pay for the repair. I explained that this same vehicle was damaged in TX and went to a body shop 4 years ago after a baseball size hail storm and Geico paid it with no issues. He made it clear that he didn't want my business. I guess this small town shop does it however he wants and for the price they want. ... read more
