I have been serviced twice weekly by Dmetre for the last five years. He keeps me healthy, has improved two bad rotator cuffs and me looking forward to each visit.
I’ve been attending DeltaFit since 2013. I would not consider myself an athlete at all. At first I was intimidated by the workouts and the lifting, as so many are, but all the gym members made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was struggling with trying to find something I could stick to. I tried videos, Zumba, so many different things. I would stick to them for a month and then get bored. My husband and I have been going to Delta Fit going on three years now. We love the variety that the gym offers and that we are able to get a good workout in every day and we are in and out within an hour. The gym offers so many modifications for any level, which makes it fun for ANYONE to come and enjoy. We have made great friendships while pushing ourselves!
