Never go to any delta world tire! They're customer service is horrible and the compensation is a rip off!
I went to Delta Tire World Waveland and had a break job $305 4 days ago. Went back because the ride was "rough" thought I needed a balance and rotation. Breaks worked well.Yesterday August 2 was in the store almost 2 hrs. No work done. Told they were trying to find the "noise" I complained about. I never complained about "noise" it was a " rough" ride. Then I was given a report of several repairs that ***** be the problem totalling almost $1800. I would totally recommend the location on ********** ***********, **. They did'nt have the tires I needed in stock, so they allowed me to buy online then have them mount and balance. Great work with a short wait time.
Would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE for ANYTHING.! My husband and I broke down in Pascagoula Mississippi and were towed to Delta World Tires. The entire situation was shotty to start with. The tow driver didn't drop our vehicle in the repair bay. We were sitting with our vehicle in the lot to the right of the shop waiting. Used Hattiesburg location. Chris and Eddie were fantastic. I'm in the service industry. They quickly found the problem. (Oil was pouring out of engine) Repaired the problem same day while I waited. Suggested additional work that needed to be done. (Unfortunately I don't take the care of vechicle I should) I told them to do what they think needed to be done. I was shocked by the reasonable $215 bill. I thought that engine was a goner. Back on the road. Very satisfied.
Went here to get tires rotated and balanced. One of the workers took my truck for a joy ride and was flooring it down the road. I could hear him a block away. When he got back he was going to pull it in the bay and I stopped him and made him get out. I wasn’t going to let people like that touch my truck. You could tell by the look in his eye when I confronted him about it, that he knew he was caught. This is no way to treat people’s property.
Literally every repair was unnecessary or broken. They replaced a battery that had a warranty on it, they replaced my ignition and door locks and while I was driving both of those literally fell out. It sounds unbelievable because it was! was the most insane experience I've ever had with an auto shop. I spent money on Uber and hours of my time waiting on transport to bring it back to their shop to fix what they messed up. They cost me 500 bucks and hours of my time and I STILL have to bring it to a body shop. Absolute nightm... read more
I think the next time someone says,"oh thats a Honda, gotta charge more" I will walk out.These guys don't know how to fix brakes, and they overcharged me a bunch.Had to have someone else fix my rear brakes after spending over 500 dollars on 9/23/19.Took it back once, they said great.So cars brakes made noise.I had brakes they said had been replaced that were not.I will not go back there for air for my tires. I should have gone to Honda, it would have cheaper.Try getting good help thats not in their teens.
No ownership by the ownership! I'm leaving this review at this shop because my problem goes all the way to the owners of all the shops: This experience started out on a positive note, which is how they got my business. But after they installed my new tires, I found all four of my wheels damaged, and one of my locking lugs missing. The salesman took one photo and told me the damage was due to hitting curbs.
