We had an issue with an arsenic remediation system installed by a different company as well as the need to upgrade our water softener system. I called Tim who happened to be in the area and was able to come immediately to have a look and troubleshoot the system as well as test our water. The company was easy to work with and provided some recommendations and estimates and thoroughly explained the work they would do. Tyler and Tim went above and beyond to make sure our water treatment and filter systems are functioning properly. I know I'm a pain in the butt, and didn't make it easy, but they were and continue to be patient and accommodating when I have questions. They are very good at what they do, and I highly recommend them!
