Emails & voice mails go unanswered/not returned. Nobody answers so you're required to leave a message until the box is full then you can't even do that. The absolute worst service in the truck body industry, unsure how you keep the doors open! I've voiced my opinion to my customers to avoid Delta Waseca boxes in the future.

I have been working thru an issue for 6 months on a Delta-Waseca body. I have had no luck in getting any resolution to my issue. I called Dee Kapur, Pres. of NEWF, LLC who owns Delta-Waseca. I discussing my issue, I asked if I should send him an email with my correspondences that I had with my issues and his comment was "I am too busy for that." Don't bother with these people, they don't return email or phone calls. No communication at all. No customer support. No customer care. Not even sure that this is a real company that runs a day to day business. If you find out something different please review it. Im sending all my box truck customers to utilimaster. Better boxes, better prices and there is someone to answer the phone and email. Delta waseca good riddance.
