Avoid at all costs. Attempting to finish a renovation but cannot get certification until garage doors installed. Doors planned for Jan 26. Delta stopped answering all our calls. Got hold of someone in late April 26, told installation 30th April 26. On April 30 were told they didn't have the doors in stock for installation but could install 5th May (today). I’m a builder with 50 years of experience. This company came to one of my good clients house to supply and fit gate opening motors. After the third visit the client was frustrated with the lack of service, so he called me to come and have a look. In my opinion the installation was very poorly done. The installer used existing brackets from the old motors and tried to modify them but the brackets were incorrect and the limits on the motors were at the maximum on the opening position and at maximum in the closing position, so ... read more
I moved into my house with electric gates and they stopped working after 12 years I had no override key. Bruno got them working, organised a new override key, straightened up a small mismatch in the closing mech and updated new cover for the existing remote that the buttons were worn out on. Bianca was great in taking my phone calls, and keeping me updated. Would recommend!
I've used Delta regularly over quite a few years, including a few days ago. I've always had a positive experience.... prompt call out time and knowledgeable technicians, so no complaints from me!
Is the affiliate of the Delta Warringah Garage Doors at Smithfield? My garage door broke down soon after the warranty expired, and they denied any responsibility of their poor built quality. The horrible after sales service was beyond imagination.
