I've used Delta regularly over quite a few years, including a few days ago. I've always had a positive experience.... prompt call out time and knowledgeable technicians, so no complaints from me!
Is the affiliate of the Delta Warringah Garage Doors at Smithfield? My garage door broke down soon after the warranty expired, and they denied any responsibility of their poor built quality. The horrible after sales service was beyond imagination.
worst company and staff we have ever dealt with.
Poor customer service. I don't recommend, as very unreliable.
Worst experience. They came to "fix" the garage door. Spent 45 seconds and left claiming it was fixed. Door wasn't fixed so I called back. They said I had to pay first before they come back again to check what happened and I had to pay for the second visit. Waste of time. What a joke!
