Horrible customer service especially the guy in front Alvin. He needs to be fired. I thought I went to a good place to buy tires I was wrong!!!!!

First of all their selection is less than what you would find at a local junk yard. Second as I was trying to get into my truck to leave, one of the workers (an older hillbilly trying to look like Moses) would not let me get into my truck, I don't know if they were tampering with it or not. I said "excuse me" and the man just stood there and kept talking to some kid. I said "excuse me" again about a foot from the mans ear and he still did not move. After having my front wheel bearings changed at a local automotive shop, I took my car to Delta for an alignment. After about twenty minutes, the technician came in to say he needed to speak with me. He and the counter guy explained that I needed two new tie rods and a left front wheel bearing. I listened attentively as they explained why I needed the six hundred dollars of parts and service before they could perform the eighty dollar wheel alignment. After getting "taken" at other tire shops, I went to Delta and received the best service and price. I have been a customer now for over 10 years and Would never consider going any where else.
I also went to tires for my wife and had my GPS stolen...manager tried to compensate, but a $100. GPS does not replace a $350. GPS!
Went for tires for my wife. Employees stole keys off my keychain. Manager does not care. Time to boycot a bad Corpus Christi business. DONT GO A REAL RIP OFF.
These guys are the best... They always treat me so well when I have to go in there, and it is really hard to find someone in the automotive industry that doesn't treat you like a total idiot just because you are female. Have never had any bad experiences with them and they always stand behind their work.
