After less than one year of usage my heated floor stopped working. My bathroom floor has to be pulled up, and the vanity and toilet moved in order to replace the pad. I was told by the rep it’s “our policy to only replace the pad”. “We can’t help with the additional expenses of your electrician or tile installer”. Very disappointed in the product and company.
