Delta Air has their customers in mind before, during and after installation of products they sell. They are responsive and respectful of concerns that are related to purchasing and servicing air conditioning equipment. I worked with Tommy when evaluating a new unit. He was helpful and respectful of the research I had done despite my ignorance of air conditioning equipment considerations. When our unit quit before our installation date, Tommy came to the rescue to tide us over till the new unit could be installed. Months late... read more
