Our AC was not functioning to cool the house. We called for service. Within an hour on a Saturday after that call our unit was being repaired. Reny had all the parts on the van he needed. He explained what the issue was corrected it and preventative measures. I hope no ones system goes out in this weather but if it does I hope they get Reny.
Phenomenal experience and service. Reny was thorough and knowledgeable on every aspect of my failed system. My Compressor died and he was able identify a new condenser and install to get my family and I back in a cool house. Reny also made me aware that a previous HVAC tech did not use a part that critical to maintaining a healthy system. Remy went above and beyond by coming out to the house on a Sunday on a holiday weekend. Very nice guy. Highly recommend.
