Another one of those places; where permanent employees and the manager think they are narccisists. The temporary employees are expected to tolerate their disrespectful remarks, looked down on, and looked down on as being ignorant. For a company depending on skilled temp workers to test and help run their machines; yet treating them this way, they are so full of themselves they can't face the reality that it takes all levels for success and business.
