I have rarely come across a gym that incorporates a combination of polymetrics, calisthenics and weightlifting exercises into a workout routine. I have been going to Delta for 5 years! It has been life changing! Everyone there is friendly and kind and welcoming. The coaches are encouraging and willing to help you reach your goals but they will call you on your BS as well! My peers are like family. We support one another. Best coaching experience I’ve ever had. I don’t see me stopping anytime soon! #Acheiveyourdelta!
