The owner Chris is very rude and condescending.
I wanted to share my genuine experience at Delta Sports Fitness & Nutrition, as I’ve had a very positive one. I’ve been training at Delta for a few years. During this time, I had to pause my workouts more than once due to an injury on a trip, and to accommodate physical therapy sessions. Great staff and trainers. Very cleans, Owner is friendly and he designs a great fitness plan for you. Love this place!
Great experience achieving fitness goals with health benefits keeping me mobile with every muscle been exercised. Would highly recommend.
