I’ve been training at Delta Sports Fitness & Nutrition for the past 1.5 years, and it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in my health and fitness. I wanted to share my genuine experience at Delta Sports Fitness & Nutrition, as I’ve had a very positive one. I’ve been training at Delta for a few years. During this time, I had to pause my workouts more than once due to an injury on a trip, and to accommodate physical therapy sessions. Each time, Chris was understanding and kind enough to extend my membership and re-add unused classes so I wouldn’t lose what I had already paid for. That flexibility meant a lot to me.
