I went to use my free oil change I received when I signed up for unlimited wash. The free oil change cost me $10 but that's another story. A couple of days after the oil change I noticed a large oil spot where I park my truck. At first I thought it might be from the oil they spilled on my engine during the oil change but I looked under the truck and seen this tiny oil filter where normally there is a large oil filter for my V10 6.8 liter engine. Bad service. They just your money and give you nothing in return. I will never use this location ever again. I have been going there even with their bad services, but today I had it enough. I paid monthly service for cleaning inside . They simply took my car and drove through the tunnel and called me to take my car. The whole thing took 3 minutes. My car was never touched. I cannot believe I just paid over $30 for the WORST interior cleaning I have ever gotten anywhere. I'm disgusted. Couldn't tell you what they actually did but vacuum. The display console: not wiped clean. Cup holders and middle console: not wiped clean. Inside of windows: not wiped clean. I had to ask them to at least get the interior of my windshield clean please (and it was obviously dirty from my dogs nose prints). How do you not even get the obvious grime clean? I wish I could get my money back.

So I’ve been telling my in-laws how great this car wash and detail place is so today he drops off his car to get a $200+ detail and let me tell you I dropped him off to pick up his car and I was very disappointed not only will I not be going back there but I will no longer recommend this place to anybody I know the car still had bugs on the whole front of the car so bumper and hood but yet again they did the six-month wax treatment on it car looked bad and I feel bad for telling him to go there so I will be paying out of my ... read more

DISASTER FROM START TO FINISH!!!! The service was awful. All I wanted was an oil change!!!! I was the only one there for about 5 minutes and there were 2 mechanics there. They seemed confused from jump about what to do and then as soon as another car came in I was abandoned by the 1 mechanic that was helping me so he can attend to the other car. The staff and technicians at Penfield Delta Sonic are top notch. I was pleased with their outstanding attention to detail of the decontamination on my car due to sap from pine trees. It is evident that this staff takes pride in their work!

I called ahead to get a quote. Got to the location immediately was being a victim of upsale. Smh Then I had to ask to speak w a mngr. They honored the price, but the job they did on cleaning my seat was horrible, I found it funny that they took payment before showing me the end result. A poor management move on the business. What a waste of $. I did not complain I was done wasting my time there & took my business to the fullers car wash dwn the road where I recieved excellent service.

Just had my oil changed at delta sonic today. Eric Pedersen knee more about my car and it’s needs than my step-dad. Thanks for the great customer service Eric!
