The Delta Sonic on Main Street in Buffalo has the best employees in Jim and John. They were my two angels yesterday, Tuesday 11/26/19. I ran over what appeared to be a metal slug flattening my tire in less than 5 minutes. I pulled in to Delta and they immediately directed me to the side, took the flat tire off and put on my spare. I have the unlimited pass and pay 26.99 per month. My coworker has the unlimited and pays $18.35 per month. When I called to complain I was told the fee is based on usage! What?! How is "unlimited" based on usage. This is false advertising at its finest!
I had my red honda get a 10 minute interior clean today at Delta Sonic W. Henrietta Rd. location. The person named Jack was extremely helpful and had a wonderful personallity. He went out of his way to make sure that my car was well cared for and was spotlessly clean at the end of the service.
