The Delta Sonic on Main Street in Buffalo has the best employees in Jim and John. They were my two angels yesterday, Tuesday 11/26/19. I ran over what appeared to be a metal slug flattening my tire in less than 5 minutes. I pulled in to Delta and they immediately directed me to the side, took the flat tire off and put on my spare. Staff Kari Caves and Olivia. M are very nice. They always have a smile and are courteous. I've been a customer at delta sonic for years and these two staff are the best. I'm very happy with the service from delta sonic and Kari and Olivia. Keep up the great work.
I have the unlimited pass and pay 26.99 per month. My coworker has the unlimited and pays $18.35 per month. When I called to complain I was told the fee is based on usage! What?! How is "unlimited" based on usage. This is false advertising at its finest!
I had my red honda get a 10 minute interior clean today at Delta Sonic W. Henrietta Rd. location. The person named Jack was extremely helpful and had a wonderful personallity. He went out of his way to make sure that my car was well cared for and was spotlessly clean at the end of the service.
