Today I went to Delta Sonic where I've gone for years even though I love Irondequoit. They seem to take more time in their work. Today I had a wash and wax on my truck and they even wiped the windows and a few other little courtesies .. The man who worked on my truck today was Chad. 5 STARS for Delta Sonic Penfield and Chad.
This last month has been a not so pleasant experience. My mom went for an oil change. Unlimited member. She was pressured into doing a150.00 engine service. They said it has to be done. 21 GMC 28k. On it. So I put in complaint online. A Noel called me back. Very un professional and rude. She said her " video " with no sound doesn't depict the conversation . I paid $32.39 today (4/13/2025) for Super Interior cleaning. I have photos where my glass wasn’t cleaned, floor not vacuumed, cup holders and dash console still dirty. I asked 3 times for my third row carpet to be vacuumed and that wasn’t done either. What ever they sprayed they didn’t wipe it off. And then they wanted me to pay an extra $45 for them to shine my doors and dash. I’m glad I didn’t because they can’t even get the basics done! No, the manager left in the Delta Sonic truck.
Have been an Unlimited Super Kiss member for 11 years. Few years back received a renewal reduced rate of approx. $ 21/month. My usage was 1X per week at the time of this renewal and has not increased. I'm retired and use the wash approx. 1X per week. Since 9/2024, my rate has been increased 3 times. It is now $ 32.39/month. Again, same usage. Their business model is similar to a gym membership......intro rate, slowly increase your price, then hope over time your usage drops while collecting increased revenue. Being nickeled ... read more
This Car Wash is the worst, does not get your car clean and if a little chilly out the wash is closed. Sad, better option out there and I will be taking my business there.
