If I could rate this company 0 stars, I would. I signed my contract with Delta Solar in September. While the sales process was smooth, everything after that has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. My system was installed before the interconnection paperwork was properly completed, which led to significant delays. Consumers Energy placed my project into “Design Requires Changes” due to multiple installer errors, including incorrect account information, site plan issues, and inconsistencies across required documents... read more
Harassing, 2 weeks and they’ve come to my house 4 times after we have expressed disinterest. They were at our home just 3 days ago, I explained to the salesman that I still wasn’t interested because I would be having a newborn soon, I gave birth the next day, returned home the day after, and the day after that (a Saturday too) the salesman returned asking us if we “thought about it.” We also posted a large private property sign that he blatantly ignored within those 3 days. Scam company, nothing they say adds up.
I wish I would have researched this company prior to purchasing the Solar Panels. I went into this purchase with some knowledge of what I wanted but I relied on the salesperson to explain the rebates and financing part of the contract since they were the ones that were knowledgeable in this aspect. My rep, Sam Munoz explained that I would receive a rebate from CPS for approximately $2500 and when I filed my taxes that year I would receive the remaining rebate of $11k and that I could pay that towards my loan or use as I woul... read more
Not sure why it was necessary to yell about Jesus coming back “SOON!” after I declined discussing services and was shutting my door. Came across as creepy
Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful with my solar panels. I was hesitant with the process But He made sure it got done and effectively. 5+ stars! Amazing customer service. Highly recommend Delta Solar Power!
