Had six yard bags of soils delivered and sod. Fast service and good price.
Staff is very polite and helpful. The St. Augustine Palmetto sod was in excellent condition. Delivery driver was very skilled with the forklift.
My St Augustine grass (placed on Deltas premium recommended soil) looked okay at first and started to show brown spots early on. As a first time sod purchaser I continued following their instructions as far as watering. Winter came and some more brown areas appeared. I figured the grass was dormant. Now that it’s spring, a third of the grass is dead. A lawn guy told me it was brown patch fungus. When I told him when the brown spots started to appear, he told me the sod likely came diseased.
