Closes too early. Was clean but didn’t get a chance to try the food. Never expected to have the food gone by 630p in a lounge and never thought to check the time it closed. Staff friendly on entry but totally unexpected disappointing.
Such an amazing skyclub with the best staff! Gloria at the bar is phenomenal!
Very nice club at KCI, good options for food and drinks, nice view of the entire new terminal, favorite new spot at KCI for sure. Friendly staff, plus also on each side of the club you can find an open area that's without AC. I know people complain about turbine noise when in those opened ceiling areas, but at KCI is very much manageable.
Probably my favorite SkyClub.
An attendant in the Delta lounge, Mona, is wonderful. I’ve used Delta lounges for more than 10 years - the services received today were superior than those at other locations (and those services were considered great). The metric that makes good companies great is those they employ. Mona can teach a class on kindness and attentiveness and I would pay to be there. Delta - give this phenomenal person a promotion or a raise.
