It’s clean, spacious, and the staff are friendly. That’s about all this lounge has going for it. Perhaps I’m spoiled with all the ATL options but this does not feel like the sky club experience I’m used to. It has the aesthetic of a hospital waiting room. It smells of burnt popcorn. The bathrooms are a little depressing. Food options are limited. It feels like Delta built this 15 years ago and forgot about it. It could use a little love and renovation.
I guess when delta allocates sky club funds the Cincinnati airport club must be at the end of the list. Staff were great the rest was subpar. Felt like I was eating at my old junior high cafeteria. The paper plates and plastic ware does not fit with deltas environmental stance.
Shout out to Annette, the team lead of this Delta Sky Club for CVG. She went above and beyond and helped me sort out my delayed flight. She and her team had amazing customer service!!
