I try to avoid O’Hare but this lounge is great. Large, easy to get in and out of, nice decor, good food options. Well done as always, Delta.
Nice places but the food sucks, especially breakfast. Watery tasteless eggs, turkey sausage, etc. If I wanted powered eggs I would join the Army. Serve some real food
If you’re flying business KLM or Air France out of Chicago, this is the lounge you will use. Nice design with great views, Sympathetic bar tenders, great food, and a hot dog stand. Lots of hidden seating areas. If you don’t explore you’ll miss the long coffee bar and the second reclusive bar in the back.
Landed at O'hare after a Delta international flight, on business class. Denied access to the Delta lounge (by Maria and Marlene) upon landing. I thought Delta allows landing lounge access -- but wait, not for international business class passengers (where is this written policy on Delta's website)? Then tried to use Amex Platinum card, which does allow departure and landing lounge access within 24 hours, and again denied entry (by Maria and Marlene). This is one of the best O'hare lounge I've been to. It's clean and spacious. I had pretty good cocktails and they had good food.
