Excelente lugar. Mucha comida para escoger. Tienen hasta un carrito de hot dogs. Dos bares. Estaciones de café, postres. Bastante grande y espaciosos! Recomiendo mucho este lounge, podría recomendarlo más que otro que fui. Si puedes y buscas cualquier elegir, este es el indicado.
I am a gold medallion, Delta Plat AMEX card user with a first class ORD to LGA ticket for a flight that got cancelled and rescheduled for 12 hours later. I went to go speak to the representative up front if there was anyway I could get access to the lounge or a voucher access (willing to pay for it) so that I dont need to leave the airport. Was told that 'we are not a recovery center' lol. I walked out quietly! I get i dont qualify but man, you dont need to humiliate people!
William on the back bar is the best reason to fly Delta!!! Great guy…. He speaks a mix of English and Spanish… he’s witty and fun. And always the same guy in a good mood…. And that puts all the tired travelers in a good mood. Give that guy a raise before a five star hotel steals him away. I have traveled all over the world and I can honestly say he’s one of the best!!!
I liked both the atmosphere and the interior design, food and beverages seemed nice (I didn't eat though). I would give 4 stars if it was not the smell in the whole lounge - was it a spice mix? Curry maybe? I don't know exactly, but I had the smell on my clothes and my hair even after an 8 hour flight
