I recently visited the Delta Sky Club at Chicago O'Hare around 6:00 AM, and overall, it was a good experience. First off, the lounge itself is pretty spacious. At that early hour, it was nearly empty, which made for a very calm and relaxing environment. I was having a rough day and a woman from Delta Sky Lounge completely turned my morning around. She was extremely kind and made sure I got everything I needed, going as far to find me inside let me know I could enter the gate from the lounge. I wish I had gotten her name but I wanted to give her a huge shoutout here!! :))
Calm, clean and welcoming lounge with lots of food choices and many comfortable spots. Very friendly, helpful staff.
