Absolutely the worst lounge ever. Staff who could care less, no hot coffee as no one wants to make fresh coffee, their automatic machines were being serviced as they always are, as the staff refuses to keep them clean. Food I wouldn’t even give to my dog. In comparison to the LAX Skyclub, this place sucks.
If you are debating between the Sky Club and the Centurion Lounge, pick the Sky Club. Yes, it's like you are in an office, but the AC worked great, they have a self-serve bar and it was much less crowded.
Went on a Friday night and this place was nasty. It’s in an old, rundown spot that doesn’t even look like a lounge. The food was dry and stuck to the pans like it had been sitting there all day. No coffee anywhere. Restrooms were nasty too. Staff was nice, but overall it’s not worth paying to get in.
Worst Delta lounge I have experienced. The greeting staff was wonderful, that’s about it. It’s in an old office area so there is no restroom in the lounge. We were there for three hours and the food sat out the entire time, not chilled, just on a counter. The hot food was covered and heated by the cold food like lunch meats, cheeses, salad, finger sandwiches, etc were just uncovered on a counter. Sitting in the airport. Flight got delayed until the next morning. Nowhere else to go, at least I can grab some refreshments at the lounge. Except now I don't have a "same day boarding pass", because the flight is the next day? You have got to be kidding me.
