I know this review is coming in 2025, but I still regularly think back to my last visit to the Delta Sky Club at Palm Beach International (PBI) just before everything changed, back in 2019. And honestly? It was, and remains in my memory, one of the best domestic lounges in the network. Located conveniently in Concourse C, this club is proof that bigger isn't always better. Always very clean, helpful staff and great pre-flight snacks and drinks. Also they have ICE CREAM!!! Love that PBI is my home airport and the Delta Sky Club is the best!
Front desk ladies are extremely rude. Snaps at simple questions and absolutely no since if customer care.
