Small but efficient. Very nice staff
Small lounge but some of the most lovely staff of all the lounges I’ve experienced. Kind, helpful and customer service focused- it’s always a pleasure to stop by!
Vernon was rude and not helpful .
Waaaaaaay to small. Had to wait 45 mins just to get into this broom closet. Left after 15 mins because I felt bad talking on the phone, which I have to do a lot for work.
Denied access against policies and told to leave. Lifetime membership still allows for any airlines but staff is untrained and rude.
