The friendliest staff. Small but might Skyclub.
I was told I could not enter this location because my flight isnt affiliated with Delta Airlines. I typically fly first class when I fly, and the only direct flight home I found was on another airline. I wasn't offered any explanation as to why another airline cannot use their lounge as ive never encountered this issue before. Turned away from this location because I am not currently flying Delta Airlines. Funny part is I paid for a first class ticket on Breeze to fly home. The clerk was incredibly rude towards me for the experience and frankly, I think this experience will keep me from flying delta going forward. Another airline can have my money.
After paying for a first class ticket of $2500.I was not allowed to use the bathroom at Delta Sky Club in jacksonville. I am Diamond with Delta. Really bad customer service
First time at a Delta sky club. It is a smaller one and was busy, but the staff were top notch. Jonathan took the time to show us everything available and answer our questions. It was a sublime experience.
