I had a very frustrating experience at Sand & Gravel. When I arrived, the kiosk attendant instructed me to dump my clean roofing tile in the "demo" area. I followed those directions and made about 10 dump runs without any issues. On my final load, which included the same clean tile plus one wooden pallet, I was suddenly charged an astronomical fee.
