Made an appointment, he said he would call when he was an hour out about 1pm texted to make sure he was still coming informed us he had 2 calls in front of us ,we waited 4 more hours texted him again.....crickets. 2 days later still haven't heard from him. Called at 915pm 2 days later mad we left a bad review but wouldn't listen to reason for review just hung up

I made an appointment with them. One the day of the appointment, after waiting an hour after the appointment time, I called to see why no one was there. I was told the driver was in a wreck so the owner came. Took pictures of everything took notes and then he left. A week later I called to see if he got ahold of the warrant department. No answer. This company deserves more than 5 stars!!! They helped us with our fridge and water heater. The warranty company did not want to fix it but they fought for us to get our repairs! Ask for Justin! He is amazing.
