I am beyond disgusted with the absolute lack of professionalism and basic human decency at Delta’s LGA terminal. If you value your time, your sanity, or being treated like a person rather than an inconvenience, fly literally anyone else. I’m explaining why I’m leaving a 1-star review. Trip: Phoenix to Dallas round trip (Feb 21–Feb 25, 2026). 1. Outbound flight (Phoenix to Dallas): Our flight out of Phoenix was delayed six separate times. At one point, the updated arrival time into LAX was after our connecting flight was scheduled to depart, which would have left us stranded.
