Delta Staff in airport at LGA very rude and nasty. (10/17 flight DL1077 from LGA to FLL) Definitely not at all concerned with quality customer service. They act as if they are the school principal and the passengers are their students. Had a roller bag for the overhead and a small tote bag for under the seat.
