​I am beyond disgusted with the absolute lack of professionalism and basic human decency at Delta’s LGA terminal. If you value your time, your sanity, or being treated like a person rather than an inconvenience, fly literally anyone else. ​The "Communication" (or lack thereof): My flight was delayed four separate times before being cancelled. I’m explaining why I’m leaving a 1-star review. Trip: Phoenix to Dallas round trip (Feb 21–Feb 25, 2026). 1. Outbound flight (Phoenix to Dallas): Our flight out of Phoenix was delayed six separate times. At one point, the updated arrival time into LAX was after our connecting flight was scheduled to depart, which would have left us stranded. Delta Staff in airport at LGA very rude and nasty. (10/17 flight DL1077 from LGA to FLL) Definitely not at all concerned with quality customer service. They act as if they are the school principal and the passengers are their students. Had a roller bag for the overhead and a small tote bag for under the seat. I had an iPhone and ID holder (literally the size of a regular iPhone) around my neck and you’d think I was accused of a triple homicide.
