Delta Staff in airport at LGA very rude and nasty. (10/17 flight DL1077 from LGA to FLL) Definitely not at all concerned with quality customer service. They act as if they are the school principal and the passengers are their students. Had a roller bag for the overhead and a small tote bag for under the seat. The most incompetent and infuriating airline I have ever had the displeasure of flying with. Absolutely unacceptable dysfunction. Every single Delta flight delayed from all parts of the world on a day that local weather was mostly clear until midnight. Longtime Customer, Deeply Disappointed I’ve been a loyal Delta customer for years, but the experience has gone downhill fast. Flights have been canceled multiple times with no real explanation, and the airline clearly can’t handle the current travel volume.
