Delta Prime is the only work out establishment that I have ever stuck with in my lifetime. The gym is always clean and neat. The owner Michael Penney is such an inspiration. He is so knowledgeable in fitness training as well as nutrition. Plus he is a really nice sincere person. I highly recommend anyone to give it a try. You won't be sorry.
