Dan and his crew at Delta where a joy to deal with. Dan and his crew where always on time, always got the job done and whee always mindful of the smallest details. Delta pools will be building and servicing my next pool and i recommend them HIGHLY to any one in the London / St Thomas area. Good Job Dan!

Dan is very nice and would be great to have for regular pool maintenance. His construction work is poor, messy and unreliable. We paid a very large sum of money for work that was sub standard. We have a lot of unpleasant stories to share and I will gladly the pathetic final product.
Called Delta a week ago to set up a pool closing for yesterday. Was told it would be around 1:30. When no one showed up by 3:00 I called the office and was told they would be by closer to 5:30, which was too late and I wouldn't be home. So, I agreed to reschedule it for today (Friday) at 2:00. I waited until 4:00 and called the office (...yes, I had to call them) only to be told that they were behind and no one would be available to come today after all, or for another week. Not impressed.
