They installed a water heater, and upon draining the current one, the hose became loose and thus flooded the condo. They did not have the proper equipment to vacuum the water and had to rely on the condo to attend to it. I had heavy loud hot equipment for days and loss of use of my stove for 4 days, plus excessive electricity cost and transportation for driving a total of 4 hours to meet with them.
