Worst plumbing company in San Diego they use subcontractors one person doesn't know what the next person did their communication is lacking and the father and son are both idiots
My experience With Delta Plumbing was Amazing! The Service Was Top Tier.. Everything Was Communicated Effectively & Customer Satisfaction Was A Clear Priority. My Apartment Was Flooded With Sewer Water And They Were Able To Analyze The Problem Find The Source And Resolve The Issue In No Time. The Employees Were Very Professional And Considerate. Overall 10/10 experience! Highly Recommended.
Would not recommend. Poor communication and ended up not even showing up for the job at all after cancelling last minute two times. Essentially blamed me for missing the first appointment, then said his plumber quit 5 minutes after he was supposed to arrive for the second appointment. There's too many other reliable and honest companies available to bother dealing with delta.
They were not only uninterested in helping me with a garbage disposal problem, they were far less than friendly over the phone, to the point of rude, told me he didn't have time for 'something like that,' then hung up. Turns out the guy had a bad day (they called back later to apologize).
