Our kitchen faucet was leaking bad. They fixed it fast and explained everything clearly. will call again
My experience must be put as a negative one that almost cost me over $2800. The customer service was good; they accommodated us with a same-day service. The part that was not warranted is where they try to sell us a new system instead of fixing the existing one. The faulty part was a valve that had a leak (Little to my knowledge, the part was only $50 at Home Depot, and I was charged $450 + tax), and then that is when the sales pitch started.
