They can't seem to follow through with a simple request. I have asked every single month to not have my meds auto-refilled. Every month I'm told they will put a note in my file. They occasionally have a month in between where they actually follow through with my request, but more often than not, I'm trying to call in my meds and hear that it's too early to refilled (meaning they've already been filled).
