Sterling Family Dentistry is outstanding! Dr. Mann and his team are professional, caring, and make every visit comfortable. They take the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure top-notch care. The staff is friendly, and the overall experience is excellent. Highly recommend!
Dr. Lynch and her assistant were amazing. I had surgical cleaning at her office 3 times. The first time result wasn’t good so Dr. Lynch offered to redo it for free, I only need to pay for the material fees. However, I do have to say that it’s such a pain to communicate with their front desk. They have this unspoken rule that they will only reply your email once without answering your question at all. Dr. Lynch is amazing and so knowledgeable. She was able to explain things very well. Unfortunately I gave 2 stars because the receptionists will check patients in and talk to the hygenist for 15 minutes without mentioning the patient has been waiting there the whole time. Happened twice at 2 different appointments and they weren’t busy at those times either.

Dr. Andrea is great but the receptionists are rude, not really helpful, impatient, and are racist and therefore less 1 star for that.
