tried to call in to schedule a simple circumcision for my newborn and was rejected for some unknown insurance related issue. first it was because insurance isn't accepted here, I was fully aware and was going to pay out of pocket anyway. Then they tried to convince me to not by saying it could affect my current insurance, and Finally was simply told they have a staffing problem and could not accept any new patients. A true waste of time.
I have been a part of the Diablo Valley pediatrics For 26 years. All six of my children have been patients and now all seven of my grandchildren have been patients.although the faces have changed in the office .The quality of service has remained the same. I have always appreciated being able to be seen with short notice when I have an urgent Concern.
