Absolutely terrible experience with Andy (owner). He committed to producing a labeler for my company back in March, with a delivery date of June 1st. After months of back and forth, constant set backs, excuses of being short manpower, issues with machining, etc. he then decided to cancel our order because "he chose not to do business with us".
