I waited 3-4 weeks for my fist visit with my pcp.and for follow ups.about 2 hrs.before my appoitment,it was cancelled! I called to reschedual,she said the next opening was in 2 mo.! Totall b.ll s.it! Put me back behind everybody!

If you take pain medication this would not be the Doctor's office you want to deal with as far as prescription refills I've been watching my brother going through withdrawal for 10 days now I just had to take him to the emergency room because this Doctor's office is neglecting his care . He asked them to refill his pain medication for his broken neck and back 10 days ago
The phone system has always been bad, but it's been much better in recent months, so I've upgraded my review again. This is one of the best general medical practices I've been to since being on the Oregon Health Plan. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, new, and attractive, and the staff are always pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.
