We’ve had a DMEA-installed yard light that’s been without power for months, and despite multiple calls and being told someone would come fix it, nothing has been done. They came out once, marked the yard, and said a hole would be dug to replace the light — but no one ever showed up. Now that it’s getting dark much earlier, this has become a real safety concern for our neighborhood. It’s frustrating to keep calling with no results. We just want the light fixed and some follow-through on what was promised.
These guys always and consistently give great service. I know they have hiccups once in a while but when I call they always solve my issue. Thank you !
I called about some trees that were rubbing on the lines. Now the trees are ripping the wires off. Last year they dismissed me by saying my area was “low priority”. Now they asked who owned the tree. Does it matter?!?(it’s literally popping and snapping and they don’t care) These guys don’t care if they burn down the entire town of cedaredge. I will not be surprised if dmea burns down the entire valley due to incompetence.

Hello! I spoke to a representation about a street light in front of our house that was not working.The gentleman was very courteous,, kind and professional and agreed to repair the light as soon as possile. 2 days later the street light was fixed and we are very happy! Where we live in Montrose is completely black at night and very hard to make your way around. That you for your prompt service we appreciate it very much! Best regards! Tim Zdrale
