Worst customer service in the world luke go back to work with Verizon bc phones being off is different then electricity doesn’t return calls for days
Charge me a late fee of 20.00 dollars. Bill was due on 15th mailed on 11th should of gotten it on the 13th. Didn't processed it until 16th. One day late fee 20.00. will not mail payment anymore because it goes to Grand Junction. They don't care about you, over 10 plus years never a problem, until now. I'll drive the 13 miles an drop it at the box in Montrose.
