Dr. Kelly was THE VERY BEST ..however the rest of the staff...rude, unprofessional and basically uncaring. I heard Kelly left...what a shame!
Most unprofessional 'scheduler' named Karen for imaging tests. I was asked multiple personal questions pushing for answers why I needed this test done at my age. So disappointed at the inappropriate behavior directed at someone trying to be proactive with their health. I made an appointment with the Imaging Center on Meade St. in Dunmore and my interaction with the staff was smooth, polite and professional. Highly recommend them instead!
I love the staff here at Delta Medix. Very kind, caring, and patient. Dr. Kelly is the best. I love her. She makes me feel at ease and comfortable when explaining things to my mom and I. She listens to what I have to say and helps in giving me an answer that helps me with my concerns. I wouldn't see any other Dr. or have any other surgeon but her.
Love Dr.Kelley! She's a very kind and compassionate person. You can ask her anything and she always puts you at ease.
