This was my first visit with Dr. Mark Frattali & I was skeptical due to the mix reviews and I am here to tell you he is FANTASTIC! My experience was phenomenal from check-in to check-out. He is extremely compassionate, listens attentively, very knowledgeable & explains everything in detail and is open to all questions. I highly recommend him!
If it were possible to leave less than one star, I would. I expect my Medical professionals to have SOME empathy. I also expect them to instill this in their staff. Frattali MD and his staff have none and are downright unprofessional. Thank goodness he’s not the only MD in Scranton. He needs to do some personal introspection as well as work with his staff to develop some sense of empathy as well as customer service. I KNOW he would expect better care if he were the patient.
