I called to get set up for a medicare advantage plan. Reed was really nice & helpful......so I thought. He said it would take about 14 days to get into the system of the plan I chose. A month went by and I heard nothing or received nothing from the company I chose. I called & left a message for Reed because I was concerned & knew I only have a limited time to get set up after turning 65. Never heard back from Reed.
