have been a patient here for several years, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. The doctor never follows up on lab results or any other important matters. Whenever I try to get in touch with the office, it’s nearly impossible—they don’t return phone calls, and every call goes straight to voicemail. If you manage to reach the receptionist, you can leave a message, but even then, you rarely get a response. To be honest the doctors are good but I’ve had way better treatment from the nurses at other places! I don’t feel comfortable to go there anymore!
