I decided to give this location a try. I was recommended by a friend. No doctor just a PA. I had 10:30 appointment. I waited 30 minutes and then asked how much longer. I was told 45 more minutes.
Dr. Arellano is the best! I'm out of town for couple of months out of the year "work related." Still I was able to get consulted through TeleHealth and I can still get my medications on a pharmacy closes to me! Truly Dr's and staff like His are one of a kind. Thank You!
I had called at 12:19 to ask if i could be seen as a new patient any time today and they said YES so i called my insurance and switched primary care providers and when i went in at 2:09pm to be seen they told me i couldn’t be seen today because it was past 1:30pm even though i had called ahead to make sure i could be seen and got confirmation on the phone that i could go in ANY TIME before they closed.
