I have been going to her since she started there. She takes the time to listen to you and answer's all my questions clearly. I never feel rushed. If you ask her a question that she is not sure of the answer she will take the time to look it up and get back to you with a answer. Very upbeat and likeable to.
I have unique health issues. I choose a doctor that is not only well educated, intelligent and compassionate, but wise. A doctor that pulls all aspects of health/life into the picture when treating patients. She is great.
My husband came here and was happy so I transferred to her as I have no primary physician. After doing paperwork for acceptance or denial ( was told she was not accepting patients) I was pleasantly surprised when she accepted me as a patient. I was able to schedule for a few weeks later and let me say she was very thorough with my history and we touched base on everything. I had a family member who saw Dr. Murtiff years ago and he was so great but he retired... Since then my mom's sister started seeing Dr. Steck and she is awful. We would request things for my aunt and it was just never taken seriously. We are in the process of switching doctors for her now because we have a neighbor that was in the same boat and he ended up losing a finger due to that doctor's negligence. Just a bad doc. Glad to be getting away.
