Delta medical has alway went above and beyond to make sure my parents have everything that they need. We Came in looking for walkers without a RX. Not knowing really what all we needed to get one through insurance. Delta medical’s staff called their dr and got us a RX for a walker sent over to them and had it delivered the next day after receiving the RX. The drivers were very kind and respectful. I have yet to see a person like “me” in the reviews. My aunt needed a bedside commode. I was told that her insurance would not cover the commode. Two doctors sent in a prescription for the commode. I left the store and went to Affordable Medical Supply with a bedside commode the same day. I then received a call a month later from Delta stating that my aunt was approved for her bedside commode. My dad was visiting me in Drasco and his Bipap hose broke. I contacted Stephanie in Jonesboro (who dad normally uses). She contacted Miranda at Delta Medical in Batesville. They worked together and got what my dad needed. Mr. Hermon was here in no time. He set everything up for us. They made things so easy for us in a much needed situation. Thank you. Highly recommend.
