Whoever was driving today between 1:55pm-2pm on highland needs driving lessons. No blinker, cutting cars off, swerving all over the road, ridiculous. Way to represent company
This is a bad place to get medical supplies. My brother got a wheelchair from there over a year ago and has been calling them and telling them that the wheels on the chair is cutting his foot. He only has one leg and he can’t get around and they’ve told him that he can’t get another wheelchair for five years. And I called them and they told me that he would have to pay for someone to come out and check the wheels and if it needed repairs, he would have to pay for that. Delta medical has alway went above and beyond to make sure my parents have everything that they need. We Came in looking for walkers without a RX. Not knowing really what all we needed to get one through insurance. Delta medical’s staff called their dr and got us a RX for a walker sent over to them and had it delivered the next day after receiving the RX. The drivers were very kind and respectful. I have yet to see a person like “me” in the reviews. My aunt needed a bedside commode. I was told that her insurance would not cover the commode. Two doctors sent in a prescription for the commode. I left the store and went to Affordable Medical Supply with a bedside commode the same day. I then received a call a month later from Delta stating that my aunt was approved for her bedside commode.
