This is for Melissa in billing who had tried to resolve a billing issue with home depot for me with no progress home depot is not returning her calls for help I praise Melissa’s efforts but home depot has been no help so they don't even get one star
Delta Mechanical installed a water heater in my home. This installation has failed the county inspection. 1) leak at flex connector on hot side. 2) unsoldered coupling on T&P discharge pipe. 3) pan required under water heater when on structural floor and/or when basement is finished. 4) insulation in contact with flue pipe, minimum 1" clearance is required.
